Do you ship in discreet packaging?
Absolutely. All orders ship in plain packaging that does not reveal the contents for your privacy.

Orders are shipped by Canada Post & UPS.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are shipped from our fulfilment partner in Burnaby, BC. Depending on distance, typical delivery time estimates are 2-7 business days.
What is your return policy?
Due to the intimate nature of the products, we cannot accept returns unless the product is defective. If you believe a product is defective, please inform us within 10 days of receiving your order so we can organize a return. A replacement product will be shipped to you free of charge, however, you are responsible for shipping the original product back to us.

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and even Interac™ E-mail Money Transfer.
