Give Dryness the Slip

Proper lubrication is one of the easiest ways to make sure your play time is as fun and comfortable as it can be. If you experience regular discomfort from vaginal dryness, a daily moisturizer such as Renew Vaginal Moisturizer from System JO is a great option to improve comfort outside of and during play. 

For solo play, we recommend a few different lubes depending on your preferences and what type of toys you may be using. All lubes available at Peaches & Cream do not contain glycerin, which can cause uncomfortable tingling or contribute to dryness in some users. 

Water-Based Lubes

Universally compatible with all toys, easy to use, and easy to clean up. One of our favourites for toy-play include Sliquid's Organics Natural Gel Lube. This smooth gel stays where you want it, and provides long-lasting cushioning when inserting a toy such as a dildo or g-spot vibe. We also highly recommend YES WB, especially for more severe dryness. 

If you are experiencing regular daily dryness and irritation, a daily vaginal moisturizer such as YES VM or Sliquid Satin used regularly can significantly alleviate symptoms for a much more comfortable play experience.

We also have a variety of thinner non-gel lubes such as ID Free Hypoallergenic which some find preferable for external stimulation such as with a clitoral stimulator or wand vibe.

Hybrid Lubes

Hybrid lubes combine the convenient application and clean-up of water-based lubes with the silkier feeling and long-lasting nature of oil or silicone-based lubes. We love the System JO Hybrid with Coconut Oil as a supremely versatile option for both intimate touch as well as long-lasting glide for toys, while being fully silicone compatible. It is offered in a regular version, a cooling version, and a warming version for those looking to spice up the sensations.

Silicone hybrid lubes such as the Sliquid Organics Silk Hybrid offer a delightfully silky texture and the extremely long-lasting lubricating power of silicone. Excellent for intimate touching, sex, and many toys. Compatible with all glass and stainless steel toys, and most hard-cured silicone - please do not use with soft silicone, often described as "liquid silicone", and be sure to test a small drop on the bottom of any toy before using to ensure it does not react. 

Pique Your Clitorosity

What better place to start than our enigmatic little friend the clitoris. Perhaps "little" isn't the right word here, as what most of us know as the clitoris is merely the head, called the glans clitoris, which is just the tip of the iceburg of the much larger clitoral structure.
